My career in SGG Romania

My job in Saint-Gobain Glass Romania has started since 2005 as a Team Leader. For me was a big chance, because I had the opportunity to work for a multinational company where working can get satisfaction on profesional plan.
My career in SGG Romania had a spectacular progress due to the work submitted and due to my colleagues, because we formed a homogeneous group, obtaining good results.
I started the profesional preparation "first step in glass industry (flat glass)" in various factories of the SGG group Europe where I have taken the first contact with this industry.
Since Octomber 2006 I came back in Romania with lots of knowledges and I have participed at our plant startup like Team Leder.
After startup I have worked together with DTI assistace to implementation float&lehr parameters. On May 2007 I was appointed Deputy Float&Lehr Manager. After 1 year and 4 months I have proposed to Float&Lehr Manager.
Before and during this periode of time I have developed improvement projects such as:
                  - Trimming losses;
                  - Thickness optimisation to all thicknesses;
                  - Hydrogen reduction;
                  - Thickness change time reduction;
In this periode I have formed a good float team. For us the teamwork is very important, because only so we can obtain the good results.
Since June 2011 I am pleased (I was appointed) to be Cold End Manager. Now the responsability is greater, but I think I will manage to not disappoint the trust given of management........
