Customer survey in Asia for Bearings

To hear customer's real voice is very critical to keep and grow business. Bearings SBU decided apply customer survey every year for top customers world wide. I take the lead to conduct the survey in Asia with help from Intern. Firstly defined the cusotmer list with sales managers (over 600 customers for Asia), and defined contacts from 4 different departments; secondly we apply a software and send invitation to customers to answer the questions on line and verbal comments; thirdly we collected the answers and analyzed the customer satisfaction score and Net Promote Score. With rich data, we could identify where customer is value us, satisfied and where we are weak and need to be improved. Finally we planed the follow up actions to improve the weak areas. This survey results definately helps bearings growth recent years.
